Berry Nice Porridge

Ingredients

  • 40g porridge oats
  • 100ml SS milk
  • 75g Frozen berry mix
  • Extra Optional Ingredients:
  • 7g - Handful, of roasted almonds
  • 75g plain yoghurt, fat-free
Directions

  • In a saucepan over a medium heat add the milk and 150ml of water, including the oats and whilst stirring occasionally cook for 4- minutes.
  • Put the cooked oats in a bowl topped with the slightly thawed berries and almonds. serve.
