Bean Pâté
Ingredients
Butter
beans 225g or half a can, drained
½ Lemon, grated, juiced
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 tablespoon water
Salt and pepper to taste
½ clove of garlic, crushed
Sourdough bread, or any alternative
Method
Blend the butter beans and lemon until smooth.
Add the remaining ingredients,
adding the water slowly until you achieve a smooth Pâté. Season and put on your favourite bread,
garnish with mint – serve.
