Butter Scotch Sauce
Ingredients

1 vanilla pod, split
·
1 lemon, small, juiced
·
50g butter
·
50g brown sugar, soft
·
50g golden syrup
·
70 ml double cream
·
· Method
·
In a saucepan melt the
butter, syrup, vanilla and brown sugar. Bring to a gentle simmer. Remove. Add
the double cream. Remove the vanilla pod – serve.
