Blend the beetroot with 2/3 of the banana and all of the remaining ingredients until completely smooth.Slice the remaining banana.Divide the smoothie between two tall glasses. Garnish with banana slices and as many cacao nibs you desire.

1 banana
2 cardamom seeds
