CHOCOLATE AND BANANA SHAKE
Each small shake provides:
150 kcal,
3g protein,
11g carbohydrate (of which 9g sugars)
10g fat (of which 4g saturates)
4g fibre
0.2g salt

HOW TO MAKE: CHOCO-NANA SHAKE
Ingredients
1 ripe banana, chopped
1 tablespoon, cacao powder
5 icecubes
1 teaspoon, coconut oil
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 table spoon, honey (natural/ raw for best results!)
Method:
Blend all of the ingredients together in a food processor until smooth.
Add water to loosen, if necessary.
Pour into small glasses - (optional: top with whipped cream & cocoa nibs) - serve. Each small shake provides:
