Dijon Chicken
INGREDIENTS
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
2 chicken breasts, skinned and de-boned
3 tablespoons of lime juice
DIRECTIONS
Mix the mustard, garlic, lime and Worchester sauce. Pour mixture over the chicken retaining half and marinate for 20-40 minutes.
Grill the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side or until the breast is cooked through. Use the remaining marinade to pour on top of the cooked chicken. Serve.
