1 Slick of pumpernickel bread/ rye bread
  • Unsalted butter
  • cracked black pepper

Method

  1. in a saucepan bring the water to boil and add the egg gently into the pan using a slotted spoon.
  2. Cook for 5-6minutes
  3. During the cooking time, toast the rye bread and spread with the unsalted butter.
  4. In an egg cup place the cooked boiled egg and cut the top. Add sundried tomatoes or a tasty avocado hummus for something more filling.
