Fill Your Sole With Mango and Let's Salsa: Fillet of Sole w/ Mango Salsa #Recipe

FILLET OF SOLE WITH MANGO SALSA RECIPE
Serves 4; - Preparation Time; 5 minutes - Cook Time; 10 minutes


INGREDIENTS
1 ripe mango, chopped
4 fillets of sole
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons fresh jalapeno chopped and seeded
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
Olive oil (moisten pan)

DIRECTIONS
SALSA
Add the mango, lemon juice, jalapeno and cilantro into a bowl. Leave the mixture to stand at room temperature for up to 2 hours for maximum flavour.

Moisten a boiler pan (Pro Tip: use a paper towel).

Broil the fillets 10 cm from the heat source for 5 minutes or until the fish flakes once touched with fork.

Salsa on top ...ahh bliss.
