SUMMER FRUITS SMOOTHIE

Ingredients
1 handful:
frozen blackberries
frozen raspberries
frozen blueberries

1 medium banana, sliced
150ml natural plain yogurt
150ml or /¼ pint, semi-skimmed milk
1 tablespoon, honey (raw, natural - optional)

Method
Into a food processor add the ingredients and blend until smooth. serve.
