Gluhwein

German Christmas Classic and The Perfect way to use that wine you dislike. 

Prep time: 5 minutes - Cooking time; 5 minutes: Serves 6

Ingredients

1Litre red wine

75g sugar, or alternative

1 tablespoon cinnamon

1 tablespoon cloves, whole

1 orange, juice only

1 lemon, juice only

Method

In a saucepan add the wine and then the other ingredients (cheap wine will do).

Heat and remove when it reaches a boil. Serve warm.
