Homemade Hummus

 Prep Time: 10 minutes - Serves 4 

INGREDIENTS
1 cup garbanzo beans canned or cooked, retaining the liquid
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Salt to taste, (no salt seasoning alternative suggested)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
¼ cup Bean liquid or water
¼ cup sesame seed

DIRECTIONS

Simply add ingredients to a blender and blend until the texture is creamy and smooth. This is a delight with steamed vegetables or on your favourite bread.
