Microwave Pancake

Microwave Pancakes that taste amazing, students got you covered – enjoy.
500ml microwave-proof container with a lid is needed unless you have developed a taste for plastic or glass.
Ingredients
3 tablespoon flour, self-raising
3 tablespoon milk
· 2 tablespoon caster sugar
· 1 ½ tablespoon honey
· 1 tablespoon blueberries
· 1 ½ tablespoon vegetable oil
Method
1. In a jar stir the sugar and flour. Lightly beat oil, honey and milk into the mixture until it is slightly doughy. Stir in the blueberries without squashing them.
2. Microwave at 800w for 1 minute. Leave to stand for a minute – serve.
