Raspberry Jam Ice Cream























Prep time: 5 minutes - Cooking time: none - Serves: 1 tub (approx 16 servings)

INGREDIENTS
500ml yogurt, plain
450g jam or preserves, raspberry or any alternative desired
500ml cream, double
Cones

METHOD

In a freeze tight container mix all of the ingredients. For 3 ½ hours freeze or leave overnight. Leave standing out of freezer for 40 minutes before serving – enjoy!
