Prep time: 5 minutes - Cooking time; none - Serves: 8 - Dietary; Vegan
Raw salsa

INGREDIENTS
1 jalapeno, de-seed, de-vain and chop
1 onion, red, chopped, fine
225g ripe fruit, (as desired)
225g tomatoes, fresh, chopped
1 handful of fresh coriander, chopped
1 lemon, zest and juice (lime works as well)

DIRECTIONS

Add the fruit and tomatoes in equal sized chunks (1/2 cm is great). In a large bowl mix the remaining ingredients. Leave for up to an hour for the flavours to merge. Serve.
