GREEN MACHINE SMOOTHIE -

INGREDIENTS
1 Banana (brown spots? PERFECT!)
1 330 ml cup of Fresh Berries Mix (HACK: Frozen Berries Save Money& Time, however, you substitute taste/texture when consuming blended)
140g Spinach
(Organic is suggested for leaf type foods)
1/2 cup UNSWEETENED fruit juice
(health wise to reduce free sugar, sodium and fluoride intake is the easiest/ most effective/ cheapest strategy)
1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flax
DIRECTIONS
Shuffle over to a high powered blender. Using your hands, proceed to blend ingredients until the mixture is creamy and smooth.

INGREDIENTS
1 Banana
1/2 cup almond milk
(or alternatives such as soy)
2 cups of frozen berries (Gateaux berries make for an intense chocolate experience)
2 medjool dates (Eat 5-6 dates every day, and you will get 80g of magnesium)
1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flax
2 tablespoons of natural cocoa powder
DIRECTIONS
Shuffle over to a high powered blender. Using your hands, proceed to blend ingredients until the mixture is creamy and smooth.

1 handful of halved pecans
1/3 cup soy milk (rice milk alternative)
113g baby spinach (organic is best here)
4-5 medjool dates, pitted
110g of romaine lettuce
DIRECTIONS
In a high powered blender add all the ingredients and blend until a smooth creamy texture is achieved.
