BLUEBERRY ORANGE SMOOTHIE

1 Tablespoon of chia or ground flax seed
1 banana
2 Oranges peeled
3 dates, pitted
METHOD
In a blender, mix all the ingredients together until you achieve a creamy and smooth consistency.
