BLUEBERRY ORANGE SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS

1 handful of frozen blueberries
1 Tablespoon of chia or ground flax seed
1 banana
2 Oranges peeled
3 dates, pitted

METHOD

In a blender, mix all the ingredients together until you achieve a creamy and smooth consistency.

APPLE, GINGER, FENNEL, CARROT SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 apple,
  • 1 cup fennel bulb, sliced
  • 2  carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons ginger slices
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1  tablespoon lemon juice


METHOD

Blend all ingredients in blender until creamy smooth texture.
