This Tofu Ranch Dressing is the perfect Vegan Dip for all occasions
TOFU RANCH DIP
Serves; 4 - Preparation Time: 10 minutes - Cooking Time; none

INGREDIENTS
1 Garlic Clove
2 teaspoons soy sauce
170g Silken Tofu
3 tablespoons of water
2 tablespoons of lemon
1 cayenne pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons of Italian seasoning - recipe*
3 pitted dates
4-5 Tablespoons of onion, chopped
1 tablespoon of fresh parsley
1 tablespoon of fresh dill
DIRECTIONS:
In a food blender, combine the ingredients until a smooth texture is achieved.
Store for up to 5 days in refrigerator!
