Vegan Healthy Slaw Recipe

VEGAN SLAW 


Supermarket bought coleslaw  is full of hidden additives and full of SODIUM. Here's a simple yet effective recipe with perfect tang.

Serves; 4 - Preparation Time: 8 minutes - Cooking Time: none 

INGREDIENTS
4 Carrots (grated)
113g raisins 
113g halved almonds
113g vegan mayonnaise
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice 
2 small apples (peel skin if not organic and half)

DIRECTIONS
In a mixing bowl add the toss together the apple halves, grated carrot and lemon juice. Add almonds, raisins and mayonnaise and mix so distribution is equal.
